Mark Long

Managing Director, VisionPoint Capital

Mark Long began working with LiveOffice in 2007 to help facilitate Summit Partners' minority investment in the company. Following the investment, he served as interim chief financial officer and helped plan LiveOffice's overall financial strategy as the company began its expansion into new markets. Mark also oversaw day-to-day financial and accounting operations. As managing director of VisionPoint Capital, he provides mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance services to clients in the software and Internet sectors. Mark began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston. He has extensive experience in the financial and software industries and has held executive positions at Aidant Capital, SageMetrics and Intraware. Mark holds an MBA, with high distinction, and a JD, cum laude, from the University of Michigan as well as a BA from the University of Arizona.
