AdvisorMail works with your existing mail server(s), using a simple technology known as “journaling,” which securely sends a copy of every incoming, outgoing and internal email, IM and attachment to our servers. Next, AdvisorMail retrieves these messages from the archived mailbox and:
- Auto scans new messages for keyword, phrase or rule violations established by you
- Indexes each message using a full-text index/catalog to permit searches in our web applications
- Archives the messages to tamper-proof WORM (write once, read many) storage for regulatory compliance
- Facilitates immediate access to archived email messages, attachments and IMs via quick search and retrieval
- Replicates archived messages to additional, geographically dispersed data center
