Data Requests

Whether you need to respond to an audit, perform a mock audit or simply restore old mailboxes, you can use AdvisorMail data requests to search and download email messages (and attachments) across offices and users, using a variety of search criteria. We allow administrators to download up to 1 GB of emails messages directly from AdvisorMail (in PST or EML format). Larger data requests are fulfilled on physical media due to the time required to transmit significant amounts of data over the Internet.

Examples of larger requests include:

  • Restoring old mailboxes
  • Server outages
  • E-Discovery requests
  • HR investigations
  • Mock audits (internal)
