Reporting

We provide a number of handy compliance reports to help you speedup your review process. These reports help ensure that your auditors are reviewing their assigned emails, fine-tune your compliance settings, identify potential problem users (based on high volume of non-compliant email) and better understand overall email patterns of your users.

• Archive Report: Gives organizations with multiple offices a quick snapshot of the volume of emails being processed and their current status by providing office-level overviews of emails and their stage in the process (e.g., assigned, reviewed, etc.)
• Auditor Report: Provides a summary of your auditors’ productivity (as measured by the volume of emails assigned and reviewed)
• Email Report: Identifies potentially problematic users, who may be sending out a high volume of non-compliant emails
• Auditor Login Report: Shows every time an auditor logs into AdvisorMail

Each report allows you to either print the results or export them to Excel.
