In the unlikely event of an outage or other issue, we have established a “Network Status” web page to keep everyone informed. If you have a question about the system, you can check this page first to see if your issue is addressed there:

Emergencies

If your issue falls into one of the emergency categories listed in the chart to the right, please send an email to 911advisormail@liveoffice.com, and the AdvisorMail network support team will contact you (we are on-call 24-7-365).

Emergency Issues

  • No archiving of emails – missing inbound, outbound or all emails from archive
  • A large number of bounce-backs (emails won’t go through to intended recipients)
  • AdvisorMail website is down or inaccessible

Non-Emergency Issues

  • Expired or lost passwords
  • Problems with individual email addresses
  • Functional questions for using AdvisorMail (e.g., how to create, edit or delete accounts, run searches, setup policies, etc.)
  • Data requests or text search issues
  • Error messages within the application
