Matt Hardy
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Hardy brings more than 15 years of financial experience from both public and private companies in the technology and financial industries to his post as chief financial officer. He manages all of LiveOffice’s financial initiatives and plays a key role driving financial growth to continue expanding the company’s global presence.
Before joining LiveOffice, Matt spent seven years with Digital Insight (an Intuit company), a leading SaaS developer of financial software for small- and medium-sized banks and credit unions. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance and helped poise the company for a successful sale to Intuit in 2007 for approximately $1.33 billion. During his tenure with the company, revenue grew from $94 million to $300 million. Prior to Digital Insight, Matt worked in investment banking for Credit Suisse and served as controller in the printing industry. He began his career by cofounding a company that jointly produced city-specific destination guides with Delta Airlines.
Matt earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in accounting and information systems from Brigham Young University. When he’s not working, he enjoys leading a Venture Scout Crew, honing his home improvement skills and spending time with his wife and two children.
