Since joining LiveOffice, Steve Wolfe has developed strategies that improved overall client satisfaction and recommendation levels by 50 percent and increased the company's customer-retention rate to 99 percent. His long-term plans include building LiveOffice's client service division into a world-class leader. Previously, Steve spent more than 11 years at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), where he held a variety of business management positions ranging from production management and corporate sales support to solution implementation and client service. In his post as director of implementation and client service, he worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 companies and his innovative business process skills resulted in a 32-percent improvement in client satisfaction levels, steady growth in year-over-year sales and millions of dollars in new business revenue. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources, from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

A native Southern Californian, Steve has been a devoted LA Lakers fan since before Magic and Kareem ruled the court. These days, he enjoys watching the "new" Lakers with his wife and four children. When he's not at the office or watching the Lakers, you can find him at the gym.
